Each BSS student particpates in our chessed program, which pairs students with local families to provide assistance and support to families in the community.

First-year students are intoduced to the beauty of the English countryside with a thrillling and educational getaway to Llandudno. This experience refreshes the students and is a great time for bonding. It’s a shabbos away and several days of hiking in the Welsh mountains.

Every Rosh Chodesh is made special and unique through a special meal which connects with the meaning of the month.

Special weekends take place three times a year. For a whole weekend the shiurim are focused on giving over the tools to deal with contemporary challenges and weaknesses of our generation.

Students of both first and second year have the privilege to spend a shabbos away in Liverpool. This shabbos is a huge chance for talmidos to experience the beauty of kiruv, through hosting a shalosh seudos for the women and children of the local Jewish community.

Second-year students experience the trip of a lifetime as they travel to mekomos hakedoshim and great Torah centers around Europe shortly before their graduation. The eight-day journey makes a powerful impression on the students on how we must keep attached to the Torah despite the challenges we face.

The BSS Annual Purim Show is a unique and exciting production that allows students the opportunity for self-expression and provides a healthy outlet for individual talents, while benefitting the community as a professional, entertaining, kosher event.
